Request for refunds must be made via email to sales@24-7info.co.uk and supported by evidence comprising of the date, the exact details of your search enquiry and the nature of the information you required. Once the company has validated your claim (within 7 days) your refund will be processed. Please include a UK address and contact number to assist us with handling your claim.
